ORIGINAL Pintail 40" - Longboard

A great Carving and Cruising longboard. The 40" version for more stability.

Mounted with ORIGINAL S8 articulated trucks, this Pintail offers unequaled liveliness, for carving and for regulating its speed on half-road. The 7 ply maple deck offers enough Flex, suitable for tall longboarders. It has a slight concave to provide a bit of lock-in, especially for freeride sessions.

The Pintail ORIGINAL 40" is equipped with BLOOD ORANGE Morgan Pro wheels in 70 mm, with a slide finish, to emphasize its playful side.

Passé le gag du truck monté à l'envers, c'est la découverte d'une planche vraiment unique. Très agréable à carver, la planche penche, c'est assez grisant. Pas très rassurante quand elle prend de la vitesse en descente, ce n'est pas fait pour. Tourne bien plus fort qu'un longboard classique. Top pour la balade cool. Il faut juste un temps d'adaptation à son comportement. Assez stable mais sensible aux erreurs d'appui. C'est bien, ça permet de se corriger. Livré d'origine avec le ressort noir (soft), j'ai trouvé plus de plaisir en passant à un modèle plus résistant (blanc). Les photos du site ne lui rendent vraiment pas justice, c'est une très belle board. Le grip transparent est très salissant par contre. Il faut donc la bichonner après chaque sortie. Ce n'est peut-être pas plus mal.

Maniabilité maximum !
Ce truc tourne de manière extraordinaire ! Finalement pas aussi adapté au pumping que ce que je pensais, mais particulièrement véloce pour envoyer du carving. Les trucks S8 offrent une maniabilité incroyable, même en ville, pour se déplacer, c'est bluffant.
