Shipping costs for France
You have the choice between 4 different delivery solutions for all your items:
- In "Click and Collect", for an on-the-spot pick-up, at the Aix-en-Provence store.
- In a Pick-up point (DPD) - 48h : 6,90 € or free from 65 €
- At home, by appointment (DPD Predict) - 48h (several delivery slots offered by sms) : 6,90 € then free from 80 €
- By Chronopost - 24H, before 1pm: 18,90 €
Solutions with follow-up, adapted to those who are in a hurry, those who have a limited budget, and those who do not have the possibility to free themselves during the day.

Our return policy
Did you get the wrong product or change your mind? No problem, as long as the product has not been used, you can return it to us. To do this, thank you to contact us beforehand via the contact form.
You have of course your 14 days retraction period from the moment you receive the package to change your mind and return an item.
If you have exceeded this period, or if your product has been used, returns may be refused. However, we recommend that you contact us to find a solution. Our goal is for you to be able to ride or enjoy your purchases, no matter what!
Packaging and environment
A large part of the packaging we use comes from a vast recycling program. In fact, to limit our impact on the environment, we organize the collection and recycling of most of our packaging!
All cardboard waste and all recyclable materials are entrusted to a specialized company that recycles them to make paper or new packaging.
Don't worry about the appearance of your package. Even if it's for a gift, we make sure your order is wrapped as neatly as possible!
